Summery cocktail suggestions

It's Memorial Day!  And while here we are beset by a deluge of rain, thick fog enveloping the lift bridge, and a high of about 49 degrees, that's not going to stop us from celebrating the coming of summer.  And why limit your summer cocktail repertoire to gin & tonics, right?
