The Scuzzi Challenge

We wanted to give our beloved winter cocktail menu a proper goodbye so we asked our head bartender, Nicholas Pascuzzi , to make all of the drinks one more time.  He declared that he could accomplish the task in under ten minutes.  We said we had to see it to believe it.  The "Scuzzi challenge" was born.
